RATES by LEASE LENGTH
• 12 months: $550/month/bedroom
• 9 - 11 months: $575/month/bedroom
• 6 - 8 months: $600/month/bedroom
• 5 or less months: $625/month/bedroom

UTILITIES
HEAT & ELECTRIC
• Comstock Place LLC pays the first $100 of each month's heat & electric bill.
• ​Tenants are responsible for any amount over $100 each month.

WATER
• Comstock Place LLC pays the water bill within reason.

COMMUNICATIONS & ENTERTAINMENT
• Tenants are responsible for internet, cable, and landline phone services.

OTHER SERVICES
SNOW REMOVAL
• Comstock Place pays for driveway snow removal.
• ​Tenants are responsible for shoveling the front step in winter.

OTHER SERVICES
• Comstock Place LLC pays for normal maintenance of the interior and
exterior of the unit, as well as for lawnmowing and landscaping.
• Tenants are responsible for keeping the interior of the unit clean, as well as the exterior of the unit
​and the property (for messes that they create by their actions or negligence).
